CFT 2025 – Combined Abstract Submission Guidelines (Conference & Workshop)
To ensure consistency and clarity, the CFT 2025 abstract guidelines include detailed instructions for both conference abstracts (oral/poster sessions) and workshop abstracts (hands-on, skill-building sessions).
Abstract Format
All abstracts must include the following details:
1. Title:
- Clear, concise, and descriptive.
- Use Title Case (capitalize major words).
- Avoid abbreviations.
- Maximum length: 20 words.
Author(s) and Affiliation:
- List all authors or facilitators with full names.
- Include affiliations with:
- Department, Institution, City, State (if applicable), and Country.
- Indicate the lead author/facilitator with a superscript asterisk (*).
Corresponding Author:
- Clearly indicate the corresponding author with their email address
2. Abstract Body and Structure
Word limit: 300–450 words
Font: Times New Roman, size 12, single spacing.
No tables, images, or mathematical formulas allowed.
Abstracts must be written in English with accurate grammar and spelling.
3. Abstract Categories and Specific Requirements
You must specify whether you are submitting a conference abstract (for oral/poster sessions) or a workshop abstract (for hands-on sessions).
A) Conference Abstract Structure (Oral/Poster Sessions)
Conference abstracts must clearly define the research content using the following structure:
Background/Problem:
- Introduce the research topic.
- State the rationale and significance of the study.
Objectives:
- Specify the aims and goals of the research.
- Clearly define the research questions or hypotheses.
Methodology:
- Describe the methods, experimental design, or data collection process.
- Include details on techniques, tools, or analysis used.
Results:
- Summarize the key findings.
- Highlight any data trends, statistics, or outcomes.
Policy Implications/Conclusions:
- State the conclusions and implications
- Discuss the potential impact on science, healthcare, or policy.
Keywords:
- Include 5–10 relevant keywords separated by commas.
- Keywords should reflect the core topics of your research.
B) Workshop Abstract Structure (Hands-on Sessions)
Workshop abstracts must clearly define the learning content using the following structure:
Background/Introduction:
- Briefly introduce the workshop topic and relevance.
- State the importance and objectives of the session.
Objectives and Learning Outcomes:
- Clearly define the educational goals.
- Specify what participants will learn or achieve.
- Include hands-on skills or practical knowledge being offered.
Workshop Description and Methodology:
- Outline the format and activities, including:
- Hands-on demonstrations, group work, or interactive components.
- Mention any software, tools, or technology used.
- Specify the duration and structure of the workshop.
Target Audience:
- Indicate the intended participants (e.g., researchers, industry professionals, students).
- Mention if the workshop requires any prerequisites or experience.
Key Takeaways/Conclusions:
- Summarize the skills, knowledge, or insights participants will gain.
- Highlight the practical applications of the workshop content.
Keywords:
- Include 5–10 relevant keywords separated by commas.
- Keywords should reflect the core topics and techniques covered.
4. Language and Style Guidelines
- Use SI units (International System of Units).
- Scientific names should be written in italic (e.g., Escherichia coli).
- No references or citations in the abstract.
- Avoid subheadings, bullets, lists, and header/footer formatting.
5. Submission and Review Process

- Plagiarism and double submissions are strictly prohibited.
- Abstracts previously presented will not be accepted.
7. Author Responsibility
Conference Abstracts:
- At least one author must register for the conference and present the abstract.
- If co-authors wish to attend, they must register separately.
- Certificates will be issued only to registered authors.
Workshop Abstracts:
- At least one facilitator must register and attend the conference.
- Co-facilitators must register separately to receive certificates.
8. Promotion of Your Abstract
Accepted abstracts will be:
- Featured on the conference website.
- Included in the conference program and printed materials.
- Shared on social media channels.
- Published in the conference souvenir and respective international journal.
